Dear Valued Cooperative Member:  

The Boards of Directors of Access Ag, Inc. voted on August 19 to lease beginning this fall all of our facilities both grain & agronomy to GRAINCO FS, INC.  This pooling of resources will provide our agronomy customers the products and services  that they are accustomed to having.  Our grain facilities are the most ready for harvest as they have been in recent years.  Both boards will continue to study the merits of our cooperatives consolidating operations through a merger.  We will post more information as it becomes available.
