Access Ag has changed many of the cash grain contracting policies and has also increased the charges for cash grain contracts and services. The grain industry is experiencing higher costs as commodity prices trade at record highs. Please read these changes carefully. The Boards of Directors of Access Ag, Inc. and GRAINCO FS, INC. have begun studying the merits of our cooperatives consolidating operations through a merger. In today's rapidly changing agriculture industry and the competitive climate we operate in, it is prudent to explore options which allow us to maintain and enhance our services to members as well as provide opportunities for our employees, while at the same time making the most of all resources available to both cooperatives.
